Frequently asked questions

How many images can each guest upload?

There is no limit, you can upload as many as you want. If you are a fan of photos, you will surely upload photos of all the moments, so please encourage that person 😉

When can my friends start uploading photos?

From the moment you buy it, you share it with them and they will be able to upload memories. Use it for your bachelorette party, your pre-wedding, the wedding and the post-wedding!

When will I receive the album?

When you fill out the form, in the album delivery date section, you have to put the day after which no more photos will be uploaded. Imagine that your wedding is on June 5th, but on June 6th you have a Pool Party. Then, in the form, indicate June 7th and you will be able to receive photos from every day 😉

Do my guests need internet to upload photos?

Yes, you need to have coverage to be able to upload the images since it is an online service.

Is the QR customizable?

We send you a QR code, which you or your graphic designer can change the color and adapt to the palette and design of your event without any problem 😉

How can I ensure maximum participation?

Let your best friends, bridesmaids and/or groomsmen and wedding planner mention it. But, the best option is always to take the microphone at cocktail time and mention the QR code, like “Please take lots of photos and upload them to the QR code that you will see on the tables, it is an important gift for us!”. This works no matter what 😉
